Welcome to LuxeLoot Garage. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What LuxeLoot Garage Is

LuxeLoot Garage is a platform that helps people discover and participate in local garage sales. We provide tools for sellers to list items and for buyers to browse and purchase those items. LuxeLoot Garage is a marketplace platform — we are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not buy or sell any items ourselves.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LuxeLoot Garage.
• By using the app you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@hagglio.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Only list items you own and have the right to sell.
• Accurately describe the condition and any known defects of items.
• Honor agreed-upon prices and offers.
• Only list sales at real addresses where you have permission to hold a sale.
• Not list prohibited items (see Section 6).
• End sales promptly when items are sold or the event concludes.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Honor offers you make. Submitting an offer is a binding commitment to purchase at that price if accepted.
• Complete payment promptly using the agreed method.
• Show up to pick up items you have reserved or purchased.
• Treat sellers and their property with respect.

6. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You may not list or sell: illegal items or controlled substances, weapons or firearms, counterfeit or stolen goods, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, hazardous materials or recalled products, adult content, or live animals.

You may not: harass or threaten other users, use the app for commercial reselling operations, attempt to circumvent our systems, post false or fraudulent listings, or collect other users' personal data.

7. Payments

LuxeLoot Garage does not process payments. Transactions are completed directly between buyer and seller using cash, Venmo, Cash App, or other agreed methods. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed payments, or fraud related to off-platform payment methods.

8. Disputes Between Users

LuxeLoot Garage is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. Report issues to support@hagglio.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and text you post. By posting content you grant LuxeLoot Garage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display that content within the app. You are responsible for the content you post.

10. Location

Sale addresses you enter are visible to other users. Only create sales at locations you are comfortable sharing publicly.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

LuxeLoot Garage is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of listings, or the quality of items sold between users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeLoot Garage and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
